We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@resonawave.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@resonawave.com. We will resolve the issue and cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union Customers:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
